Release party for “Luminous Volumes” by Skryptor, the ambitious ‘LP/book & beyond’ project from us at SGG & esteemed colleagues Skin Graft Records & Aqualamb this Saturday, May 18 here in Brooklyn. Skryptor is comprised of players from groups that quite literally did our heads in back in “the day”, such as craw & Dazzling Killmen, and the uncharted territory they’re now exploring feels familiarly dangerous, offering the most rewarding form of uncertainty.
Sharing the bill we have Ava Mendoza(whose Unnatural Ways LP, “The Paranoia Party”, is still ripe), ESSi, bbigpigg – quite a feast.
